المطالبة بمحاكمة نتنياهو وكل من معه في مجلس الحرب على غزة محاكمة دولية لإعدامه أطفال فلسطين وهدم منازلهم فوق رؤوسهم وضربهم بالكيماوي والفسفور الأبيض المحرم دوليا.
الآن نتنياهو يذبح أطفال فلسطين وترتكب جرائم جنسية واغتصابا من جنود الصهاينة ضد بناتنا ونسائنا لذلك نرفع هذا الطلب لمحكمة العدل الدولية في لاهاي بهولندا للمطالبة بمحاكمة هؤلاء الآتين أسماؤهم:
محاكمة نتنياهو
رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو.
وزير الدفاع يوافي غالانت.
وزير بلا حقيبة وزارية بيني غانتس.
وزير الشؤون الاستراتيجية رون ديرمر.
وزير من دون حقيبة وزارية غادي أيزنكوت رئيس قسم الإعلام أفيخاي أدرعي.
رئيس أركان الجيش الإسرائيلي الجنرال هرتي هاليفي.
الجرائم التي ارتكبوها.
هدم منازل المواطنين في غزة فوق رؤوسهم مما تسبب في موتهم تحت الأنقاض وتحولهم إلى أشلاء.
تسببوا في موت أكثر من “10 آلاف مواطن فلسطيني معظمهم من الأطفال الرضع والنساء”.
ضرب المواطنين بالكيماوي والفسفور الأبيض المحرم دوليا.
تدمير البنية التحية للمواطنين بغزة دون وجه حق وترويع المنطقة بأكملها وفرض الحصار على عدد 2 مليون مواطن فلسطيني وقطع كل سبل الحياة عنهم من مياه وكهرباء مما تسبب في تعطيشهم وإبادتهم وموتهم بالجوع والعطش.
تسببوا في إفشاء الأمراض المعدية من جراء الجثث المتفحمة والجثث التي تحولت لأشلاء تحت الأنقاض وانتشار الأمراض الخطيرة بين المواطنين.
ضربوا المستشفيات بمن فيها وتسببوا في موت الأطباء المعالجين والمرضى.
ضرب المدارس والجامعات.
إبادة كاملة للمواطنين.
التعرض لطالبات المدرس والمساس بشرفهم وعرضهم من قبل جنود الاحتلال الصهاينة وايزائهم نفسيا أمام أعين الجميع.
سلب ونهب منازل المواطنين في غزة وطردهم من منازلهم.

لذلك نعتبر هؤلاء مجرمين حرب غير مسبوقة ونطالب بمحاكمتهم محاكمة عالمية عادلة أمام مرا العالم الذي يدعوا للسلام والأمان.
